The V4 ADSL2+ is available to businesses with an active ABN. Other service types are charged extra on top of monthly access fee per month. Monthly Access Fee, charged in advance, is prorated from the date your services go live. All Prices mentioned above include GST. This plan is provided at the Terms & Conditions of V4 Telecom and its subsidiary companies and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. This plan obligates the user to a minimum spend of $44 or $64 per connections per month on a minimum 24 months contract term plus additional call charges & services. Early Termination Fee is remainder of the 24 months contract value and is payable to V4 Telecom within 14 days from your final invoice due date. This plan can’t be combined with any other offers from V4 Telecom & its subsidiary companies. Payment via American Express incurs a 4.0% surcharge, via Diners Club incurs a 4.0% surcharge and via MasterCard/VISA incurs a 1.88% surcharge on the invoice amount payable. All prices quoted on this comparison chart are INCLUSIVE of GST. ADSL2+ speeds can vary from location to location and it is up to the customer’s discretion and responsibility to check upon the available speeds in the relevant area / postcode. Zone 1 and Zone 2 Users can identify their relevant zone location as Zone 1 or Zone 2 by typing in the postcode at the Post code Checker Link under Products Section on the Website. Contract Term will be auto renewed under the existing relevant terms & conditions on completion of the Contract Term. If you do not wish for the contract to be renewed please inform us Via Phone, Fax or in writing 45 days prior to the completion of your Contract Term. Successful Account Creation must involve a new wireless modem sent by us included within the applicable set up upfront fee charged to the 1st invoice for the Customer or Account Creation may not be successful. Standard Modems aren’t a part of this product. ADSL2+ Products when tied to Landlines or as a standalone product tolling on our network, on existing or new accounts, always come with a 24 months standard contract term and the early termination fee stands at remainder of the contract term times the applicable Monthly Access Fee (remainder of the contract value where Contract Value = Monthly Access Fee * The Number of Months left in the contract term) , depending upon in which zone the ADSL2+ Service is located. Modem Installations are always assisted by our Customer Service & Business Support Teams on the phone during Business Hours Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM AEST Timings. Any repair or damage to the wirelesss modem once received by the customer, remains the complete & full obligation of the end user. Modem Installations are never physically attended to on the site of the user. Pricing effective from 01/09/2014 and subject to change at any time. Please refer to our full range of ADSL2+ product & service information including zone classification and associated terms for further information. When a service is throttled, the speed is reduced to 256 kbps / 256 kbps and will remain so until the service is manually un-throttled, or until the end users anniversary date when it is un-throttled automatically. We reserve the right to disconnect end users who perform excessive uploads. Early termination fee of remainder of the contract term will be charged to the final invoice and payable within 14 days from the final invoice bill issue date if an end user disconnects at any time within 24 months of the service being activated on the ADSL2+ product chosen along with any other service type being Landlines or Mobiles or just in itself as a standard product tolling on our network.
